We had our son’s baptism at Pino’s after having visited for dinner late last year and loved it. Matteo is very passionate about what he does and you can see this in what he puts out. He worked with us to create an event tailored to our needs, went above and beyond and was just so easy to work with. We had the front glass room as a private event. The food was exceptional and plentiful, the wine and cocktails are some of the best I have had, staff were attentive and friendly. The setup was immaculate. I cannot fault the experience and will definitely be back again!

It was our tradition to annually celebrate at Pino’s Vino in Alexandria. So when we moved to Cronulla in 2025 we thought it would be the sad end of that tradition. Luckily, Pino’s moved ahead of us and we are so delighted to confirm that they are even better than before. The duck ragu melts in your mouth, the brioche carbonara was a big and pleasant surprise. The wine was fantastic, including a great pairing from Sicily. Our all-time favourite, the burrata, continues to be the best you’ll find outside of Italy. And as always, the service is perfection. Amazing.

We recently celebrated our son and daughter-in-law’s afternoon wedding at Pino’s in Cronulla, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Organised in just three weeks, Matteo and his incredible team made the entire experience seamless, joyful, and truly unforgettable. From our very first conversation, Matteo was warm, accommodating, and completely invested in making the celebration special. Nothing was too much trouble—every detail was taken care of with professionalism and heart. The service on the day was flawless—attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The food was next-level amazing. Each dish was a standout—fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The drinks were flowing, and the whole atmosphere was vibrant and full of love and laughter. The afternoon setting created such a beautiful, relaxed mood, and the way the team transitioned the space from the ceremony to the reception was seamless. They thought of everything, which allowed us to relax and simply enjoy the moment. So many of our guests commented on how incredible the venue, food and service were—and we couldn’t agree more. A heartfelt thank you to Matteo and all the staff at Pino’s. You gave us a day we’ll remember forever. This is the best Italian food we've had outside Italy, and in some ways is even better than we've had in Italy. The food, the service, the wine list, the venue - all absolutely spectacular. We had the 800g ribeye (and a bunch of other food) and it is the best steak we've ever had. Stunning. The fish and the pasta were both beautifully done too. We've eaten at the original Pino's Vino e Cucina in Alexandria many times over the years and that was the gold standard for us and genuinely our favourite restaurant anywhere in Australia. The Cronulla chapter delivers food, wine, service, cocktails and vibes at that same level. Pino's continues to be our favourite restaurant and it delivers dining at a level that is without equal. Second time experience this fantastic restaurant. Was even better the second time around. The friendly, attentive service was exceptional. The food was on point with every dish. The staff also accommodated a request for bone marrow on the side of our steak - off menu. The tiramisu was 10/10, wine list next level, cocktails sensational. My new favourite restaurant.
